Many of you may see my delicious healthy plates of foods on instagram. Well, this wasnt always the case. When I first started training I craved entire large pizza’s, triple stacked cheeseburgers, chili fries and ice cream ice cream ice cream. But, since I was working out and doing everything else right, I decided to start taking juice-plus to put some easy health into my diet. After a month or two- those cravings were gone.
